Dr. Dedeepiya has a postgraduate degree in Internal Medicine from Government Stanley Medical College, Chennai and also National Board of Examinations. He has won several gold medals during his under graduation and post graduate studies and subsequently pursued the Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine(IDCCM) and European Diploma in Critical Care Medicine (EDIC). He was recognized for his contributions to critical care medicine and awarded the fellowship of Indian College of Critical Care Medicine (FICCM). He is working as a Senior consultant and Clinical Lead in the Critical Care Unit at Apollo Speciality Hospitals & Cancer Centre, Teynampet, Chennai and has a special interest in neuro and onco-critical care.
