Dr. Meghena  graduated from Christian Medical College, Vellore and completed post-graduation in Pulmonary Medicine (DNB) from National Board of Examinations. She subsequently pursued Critical Care training and completed Diploma (IDCCM) and Fellowship (IFCCM) courses of Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine and European Diploma in Intensive Care (EDIC). She has also successfully completed her European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine and is an accredited Instructor for the Basic and Advanced Life Support Courses of American Heart Association (AHA) and also Emergency Neurological Life Support (ENLS) program. She is currently working as Consultant in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at  Apollo First Med Hospitals, Chennai.
